buddy carry
wheel barrels

Then, hand ball or pizza delivery game 10 mins

Skill: handstand walk to wall (advanced) or around the world (intermediate) or Wall walk/ Kicking up

WOD

4 Rounds shared with a partner
1000m Row ( last 100m of each round must be a sprint)

then,
max HSPU total= team score
