Frequently Asked Questions

 

Are there any discounts available?

No. All class options are already priced competitively.

 

Is there a yearly membership option?

All memberships are month to month and renew automatically until canceled.

 

Is switching a membership plan allowed?

Yes, plans can be switched, downgraded or upgraded any time.

 

How to cancel a plan?

Please provide a WRITTEN notice via email 14 days prior to the next billing date. Until you receive a response with a cancelation confirmation number, the membership is not canceled.

 

Are there any refunds?

No, CrossFit Secaucus does not issue refunds for memberships, personal training, specialty classes/programs and services sales. Additionally, CrossFit Secaucus will not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next week/month if you have missed any classes for any particular reason.
